Wayne is a results-driven executive leader with 15+ years of experience across For Purpose, Not-For-Profit, Government, and Corporate sectors, specialising in human service models focusing on operational, clinical, and quality aspects of service delivery.
As a Clinical Psychologist, Wayne has spent over 15 years delivering Positive Behaviour Support, Psychological Assessment, Therapies, Intervention, and Training, particularly for individuals with complex needs, including Psychosocial Disability, Mental Illness, Intellectual Disability, and Cognitive Impairment.
Wayne’s experience has also focused on those facing vulnerabilities like Substance Abuse and Criminal Justice System involvement. Wayne has held academic positions at Australian Catholic University and Western Sydney University, and holds a Master’s Degree in Psychology and Commerce, with recognition on the Dean's List of Merit.
He also completed the Company Directors Course from the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Wayne is passionate about supporting individuals with complex needs within the Criminal Justice and Mental Health Systems.
