Sarah commenced working as a Behaviour Support Practitioner in 2018 before moving into a Lead Behaviour Support Practitioner role and Acting Regional Manager role.

Sarah's leadership skills enabled her to lead a team of Behaviour Support Practitioners and played a pivotal role in the growth and development of new Practitioners.

Sarah commenced working in the community sector in 2007 supporting participants in day programs, supported accommodation and in the community.

Sarah draws on this experience when developing Behaviour Support Plans to ensure a person centre approach when delivery services. Further to this, she draws on her own personal experience and passion to ensure services are individualised.

Sarah is passionate about delivery individualised service and assisting families navigate the NDIS system.
