Kel started his career in the disability sector in 2013 working with children with Autism to improve their social skills whilst completing his Bachelor of Science in Psychology in 2015.

Kel then worked with children in early education before starting a new position as a Senior Youth Worker providing Behaviour Support to young people with complex trauma and facilitating supervision and training to his team.

In 2021, Kel started working for a large NGO as a Behaviour Support Practitioner where he developed skills in empowering individuals and promoting positive behavioural changes. He worked closely with individuals facing various challenges, providing guidance, implementing effective strategies, and fostering a supportive environment to help them overcome obstacles and enhance their overall well-being.

Kel is passionate about making meaningful differences in people's lives by fostering authentic connections and facilitating personal growth. He believes in the power of interpersonal dynamics and strives to create environments where individuals can thrive, cultivate independence, and experience an improved quality of life on their own terms. Kel is driven by the desire to empower others, helping them navigate relationships ,overcome barriers, and find fulfilment in their journey towards personal and interpersonal development.
