Anne-Marie Cooper
Managing Director / Psychologist
Anne-Marie is a Senior Psychologist who has been practicing since 2008 and has experience and skills in a range of psychological interventions and modalities. She has worked in the disability sector since 2010 and has held senior management positions for a number of NGO’s which have been combined clinical/practice and operational roles.
Anne-Marie has established a number of new services, including mental health services, locked unit residential and community/outreach services for people with highly complex needs and she has also worked for Corrections Victoria where she has held clinical and senior clinical positions in both the community and prisons.
Anne-Marie's other roles have been research and teaching positions with Monash and La Trobe Universities, and she also had a previous career in Early Childhood services in both managerial and teaching roles. In addition, Anne-Marie has worked as a family therapist and managed Child/Early Intervention programs and services prior to the introduction of the NDIS.
She is passionate about quality positive behaviour support practice and supporting those with complex needs, including participants with mental health, backgrounds of trauma and high-risk sexual or violent behaviours. Anne-Marie focuses her time on the daily operation of Mindtree Collective and supporting the team to deliver the best quality services that we can offer.

La Trobe University PhD in Psychology (incomplete dissertaton in cognitive neuroscience)
