Andrea graduated in 2017 with a Bachelor of Psychological Science with Honours from the Australian Catholic University. She received a high achiever’s research scholarship in 2014 and was on the Dean’s List in 2015, 2016 and 2017.

Andrea started her career as a Behaviour Support Practitioner at an NGO and was given the opportunity to step into an Acting Lead Behaviour Support Practitioner role, supporting 10practitioners.

Andrea is passionate about achieving positive outcomes for her participants, ensuring they are well supported, and that their environment is best suited to their needs. She enjoys working alongside support systems including families, schools, and service providers, to implement positive behaviour support strategies.

Andrea has completed various training courses inpositive behaviour support including the Institute for Applied Behaviour Analysis. Andrea is a high achiever in every aspect of her working career with a strong work ethic, and strives to apply the knowledge, skills and experience she has acquired to provide positive behaviour support.
